Destine brings more than a decade of experience advancing equity, innovation, and organizational impact across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She serves as Director of Government Personnel at Third Way, where she leads the Moderate Talent Pipeline, a national initiative focused on identifying and helping place pragmatic leaders in key roles across government and the broader political and policy ecosystem.

Previously, Hicks-Lundy served in multiple senior roles in the Biden-Harris Administration, including White House Liaison at the U.S. Small Business Administration, Deputy White House Liaison at the Environmental Protection Agency, and Associate Director in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel.
