Innovation – The Heart and Soul of our Past, Present, and Future

As you are aware, I like to celebrate the various odd and eccentric days that fall each month. May 10 was Clean Your Room Day – my favorite when my son was little. Or, May 11 – Eat What you Want Day (honestly!!). However, May, for most of us in the United States, is the time to celebrate Memorial Day. Many of us throughout the country honor a loved one who gave the ultimate sacrifice for this country. As a child my family always celebrated a great uncle who lost his life at the Battle of the Bulge.
Today, at Envisioning Access, Inc., we honor all those who have served. We also think about how our work can benefit everyone who needs us and the innovative solutions that will assist those who may be grappling with a myriad of disabilities. Many veterans throughout this country are confronting physical disabilities that could potentially limit their ability to work or go to school. The endeavor we are undertaking right now, exploring all aspects of augmented and virtual reality as well as the best uses of robotics will assist adults who need these solutions. Our hope is to have these opportunities to provide services within a short window of time. Our work is ongoing and robust.
